The LG Optimus Black is claimed to be the world’s thinnest smartphone so far. This Android 2.2-powered smartphone will feature changeable back plates that allow users to customize its appearance. One extra back cover may be included in the handset’s retail box. Users who want more back covers will have to buy them separately. The LG Optimus Black will be available globally in the first half of 2011.
