Owners of the Samsung Fascinate on Verizon Wireless should be getting prompted to install an OTA update pretty soon. This minor update will improve incoming call connectivity, and make the over-the-air update delivery mechanism work better. The update may not be immediately available for your handset. If you’re impatient, you can go to Settings > About phone > System updates and tap on Check New. This should force the update to come your way.
